Rosco needs a new home

Rosco is an all black Pit mix male who is just about 2 years old. Due to some unforeseen changes in my property ownership and rule changes from the new owner, I have to find a new home for Rosco asap. He is house broken, no need for a crate as he will stay on his bed (His favorite place). Rosco is a very loving dog with a gentle nature who loves to play ball in the yard. Rosco isn't neutered but he is an inside, in the fenced yard, or on the leash pet so I've never seen a reason to have it done. Rosco comes with a dog bed, a bag of rope toys, a dog bowl, leash and collar. A rehoming fee of 100.00 will apply to Rosco.
