Immediate opening for a maintenance supervisor at 132 unit apartment complex. Position includes a generous rent discount, salary, medical and dental, vacation pay, etc. looking for a long term employee, property manager has been here for over a decade. The complex is in excellent condition and we work for the owner, not a big corp management company. Looking for the right candidate, someone who is positive and happy; I like my job and want everyone to like theirs. Tenants like living here. Handyman skills required. Painting, drywall repairs, basic plumbing and electric (we call pros for complicated stuff), appliance installation and part replacement, snow management. Non smoking complex inside and outside.
