With the number of properties that Dominion owns and maintains we can provide stable and consistent work for reliable contractors. Contractors must have broad knowledge of residential appliance installation, diagnosis, and repair. **Contractors must be able to provide proof of insurance** Work Scopes • Kitchen appliance repair and installation – Stove tops/ovens, range hoods, refrigerators, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and microwaves • HVAC – Indoor and outdoor unit repair, maintenance, and installation • Water heater – Repair, maintenance, and installation • Washing machine & dryer - Repair, maintenance, and installation
