Boston indie band seeks keys/synth player

We are Viruette, we formed in Boston earlier this year. We are taking this seriously, and aim to write an excellent, durable album. We rehearse once per week, we gig once per month. We are a tight knit group and write/arrange songs collaboratively We are looking to add a keys/synth player, who will add texture, play lead parts where necessary. (If you can play guitar and sing as well, that would be great) We need someone who: - is serious about making good music, committed and reliable - has their own equipment/means of transport - competent with chord work and writing your own parts, but able to take direction - able to rehearse at least weekly, and available on evenings/weekends (we are aiming to play out of state gigs next year and will most likely book a mini tour in the UK, so bear that in mind) - previous experience in bands highly, highly desirable If you think you could work out, send me a response, tell me about your influences.
