Help Wanted:Pool Cleaning Serviceman Looking for someone that would enjoy working alone, outdoors, and isn’t afraid of hard work. You will be working with chemicals and be expected to perform regular weekly cleaning of swimming pools with a pole and leaf bag. The position is year round including winter work possibly in the rain and will require rain protection (a rain suit). The position requires a detail conscious person that will listen and follow directions carefully. The first month trial period will be to evaluate performance. Prior experience a plus if referrals are good. A Certified Pool Operator certification is desirable. Wage starts at $18 per hour without experience and will be higher depending on ability and experience. There will be a 3 month probation period before a final decision of hire is decided. Opening position is full-time 5 days per week and up to 40 hours per week. Evaluations of performance and possibility of raises are every 12 months from date of hire. A truck will be provided and gas expense covered but the truck will need to be returned to the owners location after each work day.  Two prior work experience referrals are required. Smoking is prohibited at the clients location and in the company truck A clean driver’s record is required.  Must not have a criminal record.  Required to sign a legally binding agreement to not compete for business in the areas this business services (Sonoma county and all of Marin county)  Must be willing to complete a drug test Must have a resume showing previous employment history Must be 21 years of age and older Please submit resume with cell phone number, available certifications, resume and referrals to the email address below.
