LOST DOG PLEASE HELP

On Thursday night 10/20 my dog was attacked outside my building by a huge Rottweiler. He had noticeable bite wounds on his chest(white hair) possible neck wounds as well. During attack he was able to get out of his harness and bolted south down hyde street. His most familiar areas of knowledge are around lower nob hill to union square. He is only 6 yrs old. 15lbs. And needs medical attention. His name is Motley and his normal vet is Mission Pet Hospital. Hes normally a barker. Not sure in this condition. But he will normally howl and bark at sirens. Please any leads or reposts are greatly appreciated!! He also has dietary restrictions and is on a hydrolized diet. Please contact with any information or further questions. He is probably very scared, tired, hungry, cold thirsty etc. His cat sister is distraught as well. Please help. I am an emotional mess!
