Betta Fish - Abandoned, Deformed, and Homeless

I found this poor betta abandoned in a dirty, half-filled petsmart cup hidden on Petco's betta rack cold, inactive, and skittish. How can folks abandon and hide a living being in a cold, dirty, crammed cup! There are fish rescues! Fish can be depressed and lonely too. Just glad I got her, otherwise she'd've probably starved. Now she eats, gained weight, is a bit friendlier (but still skittish), and even flared today! Unfortunately her deformity causes difficulty with swimming and eating. She needs time. No matter what her last "family" did to her though, she matters. Adoption fee of $5 to ensure she's only adopted by good people.
