Urgent - Please Help

Hi. I recently had major surgery which required me to be off work. I have been on short term disability but that only pays 60% of my income. I am hopefully going back to work this week. Right before my surgery I had to move as my landlord sold the home I was living in. It cost me a fortune to pay my last rent there, and pay rent and deposit at the new place so I wiped out my emergency fund. That being said, it has been a really rough few months. As it stands now am at risk of losing my home Monday morning at 8:30am if I do not have this remedied. I had some assistance worked out; however, that fell thru about 10 minutes ago and I don’t know what else to do. I am hoping that the wonderful people in this community would be willing to assist. If there is any concerns about the validity of this request, I can provide verification of my landlord, account status, and the court hearing that is scheduled for Monday morning. As of this morning, the balance on my account with the landlord company is $8447.62; however, that is because they have already added in November upcoming rent. I have been told I need to pay $6047 to be able to maintain my residence. I do have $1000 of my own in my account. Please, if you are able to help in any way, I would be eternally grateful.
