Cats left behind

Hello, our neighbors left their cats behind. We have been taking care of them and feeding them and loving them but the place we are in is selling and there won’t be anyone here to take care of them. There are 3 of them. 1&2 are a brother and sister fixed pair of tuxedo kitties. The girl is loving and the boy can be but he is skittish and needs to build trust. They’re indoor outdoor cats would make great barn cats as long as they have a heated space! I believe they’re around 2/2.5 years old And the last is a solid black male cat he’s around 7 named binx he needs to be the only cat as he does not get along well with other kitties. He is fixed as well and is indoor outdoor.
