Description

This is the cuddliest, most loving cat I've ever fostered. Had he been trained for a leash and public places as a kitten, he'd be the perfect visiting therapy cat. He Loves being held, and you'll love holding him too - he is so soft and fluffy!! A bit full size, I think Maine coon in his mix, per the big soft black paws. (He looks so serious in this picture!! His vibe is comical, somewhat clownish.) I hope to place him with a family with kids - as he'll never tire of attention, won't squirm to get down after many turns holding and playing with him. Most cats can only take so much of that. There's not a drop of aggression. He's that rare cat who seems would endure with amusement a child dressing him up in doll clothes. (My tomcat would scratch out my eyes if I tried that on him. haha) He's not an attention seeker but laps it up whenever it comes his way. He has a funny quirk of sitting on higher surfaces, like the edge of an armchair, and just 'tagging' you when you walk past him. I can't say enough about how sweet and wonderful this cat is!! He's social with the other foster cats, sleeps in a small kennel with his sister, which he dutifully hops into at bed time. He's smart! Trainable. ************ His sister is also in need of a loving forever home. She's a really great cat too, even though her exceptional brother is a tough act to follow. She's sweet and social and a super mice Hunter. She does dominate 2 other foster cats - can be harshly bossy. (Something to consider if you have a timid cat in the house. She may assert over them.) Nice tiger-like, orange tinge around her face. ******* Both will do great as individual pets, but they are indeed very close and work well together. Ideally, I'd like to adopt them together. (Also, we rescuers are stretched thin. If you'd like to brighten your home with a wonderful pet cat, please consider 2. The right pair is twice the joy!) They came to me as super tiny, very sick kittens 6 months ago. A hero cab driver found in a parking lot on a call and brought to me. They are healthy now : ) Spayed/neutered and microchipped. Dewormed and Frontline (no fleas) A rehoming fee of $20 ($30 for both), though not required, is greatly appreciated and helps with expenses. (There's always more cats and kittens in need. Please, Tell everyone you know with a cat to SPAY / NEUTER. It's free at many clinics. Just do it! Be The Solution.) Mahalo for reading my post. Please email with any questions.
