Need support kitchen for food truck, catering, and production operations.
At minimum, the kitchen needs to have a grease trap for disposal of wastewater with a three compartment sink and storage for refrigerated and dry foods. Additional equipment such as burners, ovens, cooking equipment, and a hood would be great, but all is negotiable. I can bring equipment, or not.
I'm also open to collaborating with an existing kitchen who wants a baker and breakfast cook but doesn't want to deal with employees. I'll rent the space from you when you're closed, or we can work side-by-side.
