Description
Plumber/handyman wanted for small job. I had some work done by a handyman in an auxiliary building. I think he left the pressurized pipes open at the end while he was working on it. It didn't work out with the handyman (he turned the job site into his personal storage unit and that didn't sit well with me).
I would like someone to go the property and make sure the lines are capped at the end. Then turn the water on the property and check for any leaks. If a pipe is open or there is a leak, fix it in a workmanlike manner so that the system holds water and can be turned on without a leak. I will pay for materials...pipe fittings, pipe glue etc.
Pay is $80 and will be paid on Tuesday after the new tenants gets the water turned on to the property without an issue. (If you check it today, it should be good on Tuesday when he turns the water on).
I have other work and projects in the future. I typically look to pay about $30-45 an hour for trade work. If you do this job for me and it works out well we can discuss other work.
