Hey now! My name is Dave. I play lead and rhythm guitar, piano/keys, and can sing lead and harmony. I enjoy playing in many styles including: rock, blues, jazz, Americana, bluegrass, country, and classical. My goal is to put an act together that can perform 200 shows a year and make a decent living from live shows alone. I am looking for someone who can play guitar, bass, drums or keys, sing lead and harmony, and can front songs. If you have originals you would like to perform I am happy to learn my parts the way you would like them played. I play some songs pretty much note for note (Fur Elise and Jessica) and many others improvised. I've been doing these lately and I'm looking for musicians who want to jam and perform them! I will be adding new material shortly. I won 1st runner-up solo musician of the year in Santa Cruz County in 2010. I have played live TV and radio spots and thousands of paying gigs. In a Goodtimes magazine wright up I was called a living breathing human jukebox. I write many popular originals and play hundreds of covers (partial list included below). I make my living playing music and practice an average of 6 hours a day. I am available for almost unlimited rehearsal time. My influences include Steely-Dan, Grateful-Dead, Pink-Floyd, Beethoven, Mozart, Johnny-Cash, bird, Monk, Benny-Goodman, the Dorsey-brothers, Led-Zeppelin, yes, Steve-Howe, Steve-Morse, The Allman-Brothers, Buddy-Guy, John-Lee-Hooker, Robert-Johnson, Rolling-Stones, Dr-John, Eric-Clapton, Jerry-Miller, BB-King, Willie-Nelson, Merle-Haggard.....
