Experienced Handyman Wanted for Miami Beach apartment building maintenance and renovations. Please read this entire ad before replying! Must have at least 5 years of experience. Must be able to work fairly quickly and still make sure it’s done correctly. Pay: Minimum starting pay $25 per hour - paid cash daily. Pay range $25 - $35 per hour (depending on experience and speed). Very flexible hours and side gig OK. Must meet ALL of the following requirements: - Speak English fluently - Work quickly and efficiently, with 5+ years experience - Own basic tools - Light Carpentry (Cabinet install etc.) - Drywall (Hanging/mudding) - Moderate knowledge of plumbing and electrical If you do not meet ALL requirements listed above, please do not respond to this ad!
