Please Help My Dog with her bad Allergies

My little Maltese dog has severe skin allergies. We have tried antibiotics, Benadryl, Hot Spot spray & Medicated baths. Nothing is working. The next step is another visit to the vet & an injection that will hopefully help her. She is constantly biting at herself causing little holes on her upper & lower back, tail & foot, which bleed. She is miserable & I need to do something to help her. Unfortunately, I don't have the money to pay for the next visit, which is $140 total. I'm disabled & struggle to survive on a very small monthly income. If anyone can find it in their heart to donate something - anything - to her account, I would be so grateful.
