Could use a couple of guys, a confident lead or able to follow instructions good and fast, the first time. Second has got have built something before, not a birdhouse in shop class, you should have your own standard tools for remodeling/ exterior frame up w/ steel roof. I've done enough to walk ya through it. You will need me to get you going for the first few days, you need to be able to make it to work and be able to babysit yourselves and get things done when I'm not there. This isn't a paid by the hour type of job. I don't know you, how do I know what you're worth ? Because you told me? Try to get a good days work in for a good days pay, TBD. I'd love to pay someone top dollar, then everyone does better. You get others working together and as a team, motivated, it could go as high as 400 but that's one remarkable guy who inspires all to work with him, keep them going a have fun while you're doing it. Leave your problems and drama at home. I can possibly pick someone up if they were to accommodate my route om on the Southside. I'm not running all over. I can't be counted on everyday.
