Home remodeler needed - take house to finish!

I have a house that is 95% to the remodeling finish line (except for one part.) I need a reliable remodeling company or crew to finish this. (This is not suitable for one person.) Should be able to start Monday (or earlier.) Must be able to meet this weekend. Needs (part 1): Many cosmetic finish tasks (trim painting, small texture repair/painting, a few texture areas), mostly interior but a few exterior, some exterior power washing, small amount of carpentry, various hardware installs (door knobs, etc.) and more. (A list can be provided.) (Part 2): Bathroom remodel completion. Competent tile (and more) bathroom remodeler (or crew/company) to finish bathroom. Bathroom is ready for tile, paint, vanity. Will supply most material. References, pictures, and phone preferred.
