84 Unit Apartment Complex seeking a Maintenance Technician to conduct General maintenance of currently occupied & vacant apartments, involving basic troubleshooting, appliance repair, electrical work, and plumbing experience. Assists in conducting routine and periodic community inspections to identify safety and risk management concerns, keep the community in good repair, and communicate concerns about the physical needs of the community to management Diagnoses problems and repairs in the areas of plumbing, and appliances Work directly with residents and team members to diagnose, assess and repair issues May perform painting projects ranging from full interior painting of property units to minor touch up and repair of walls and woodwork Maintains the grounds, common areas, and amenities Own tools Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, routine upkeep on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a “punch' list of maintenance work needed *Please send resume and email address*
