HOA Compliance Drivers for local HOAs in your area. We are looking for an HOA compliance driver! This job will involve driving neighborhoods and looking for issues, including more significant things like broken fences, property maintenance, and disallowed vehicles, but also more minor things like visible trash cans or overgrown landscaping. We drive slowly through the neighborhoods with signage on our vehicles and take photos of these problems for the HOA Community. The best part is the flexibility. You can take on as many as you feel you can handle. Once you pass the 90 days of work will be yours to handle and allow or not allow help at your request. Some walking is required. The best applicant for this position will be thorough, detail-oriented, and able to speak with homeowners who approach you during the drives. Equipment required: Smart Phone Android and iPhone are a priority, and iPhone; the hotspot will work with internet access and a fuel-efficient vehicle. The inspector is responsible for logging into the system, routing the work to be completed, and submitting the result through the user-friendly mobile app by the due date. Photos are required through the AP for each inspection
