I have posted many times looking for reliable laborers and though i have had a couple most of them where pretty useless. I offer $ 25.00 per hour cash for a good cleaner/laborer which translates into a $ 1000.00 per week tax free that i eat the taxes on and i am shocked that i get request for more money. Those people get put on the list of never who to use because for one i have not had anyone that is worth $ 25.00 per hour yet and two cleaning up he grounds and holding the end of a board dummy is not worth $25.00 pr hour. If you cannot produce the labor for this amount what makes you think you are worth it?I personally cannot wait for this to crash because myself will work for $15.00 per hour because i have people that i need to be responsible for/family. Like i said i keep a list of the bums and the people that are not worth shit and when times get bad and i am still working because of my 38 years experience as a trained professional builder and you respond to my add of $15.00 per hour all you shit bums that cannot work for $25.00 per hour will get passed right by and your ass will be sucking wind. I do not care if you show up on time and you are dependable. if you cannot produce you are not worth minimum wage.
