Missing from N. Kelso near Tilla Dr./Veys Dr. Female black cat with a few tiny tiny white hairs around her collar area (they are hard to see if you aren’t looking. But once you see them, you will always see them). She is a tiny cat. Almost 5 years old about the size of a juvenile cat. Fixed and chipped. No collar. She keeps pulling them off. She ran out the front door on 10/21 in the morning and I couldn’t catch her. Hoping she is just hiding somewhere due to the rain.
