Band seeking lead guitarist with lead vocals

We are seeking an amazing lead guitarist, with the ability to play some rhythm and maybe bass at times as well. Also hoping this person has a great voice and can sing lead on some of the songs. Right now we play covers, but moving into originals, so an understanding of music theory and an ability to write lyrics and music is a huge plus. We play anything from Rock to Grunge, Funk to Blues, etc. Genre is not as important as the quality of the music. We have many influences and are all skilled musicians. Males and females welcome. Doesn't matter as long as you can kick ass on the guitar and you have a great voice with good range. Setting up auditions... Please send a sample of your playing and singing for consideration.
