someone to wrench pipe off of sink

Someone has cemented a drain pipe to the sink and my friend could not wrench it off yesterday to fix a small leak. Need someone very strong to wrench it off, I have the large wrench. Will you volunteer to help do this? I live in NW Boulder. Thanks! Can give you a tool in exchange.
