Hi, I'm looking for help filling out Ex-Parte paperwork. My child's mother has been withholding my daughter from me for 4 months now. I have a court order allowing me visitation and she has taken my daughter out of California without notifying me twice now and intends to do so a 3rd time. I do not want to go the route of filing kidnapping charges on her but I would like her to abide by the court order.
