Guitar player who sings looking for folks who play an acoustic instrument or two and preferably like to sing as well. I'm thinking an informal 'circle' to start where those who show up take turns playing a song that they like while others play along. And it just keeps going around the circle. This is my first ad for a few years, so it may be only you and me or maybe 3 or 4 people to start. If the right ones show up I'd love to put together 30 or 40 songs that we can play well and gig locally. Harmonica, fiddle, banjo, bass, mandolin, guitar players, etc. Country, folk, bluegrass, blues, light rock. I'll let this ad run for a few weeks and if a few of you call plan a get together around the first of November. I'm located near Kessler and Michigan Road on the NW side of Indianapolis and also willing to travel. As far as myself, I started playing in grade school and consider myself an intermediate player and ok singer. I play rhythm guitar when singing and can also play bass, a little lead and some harmonica. All ages welcome - personally I'm retired If this sounds like something you'd enjoy give me a call.
