Hosted in the cozy DeVine & Company boutique, this series is rooted in growing more comfortable with our own creative voices and forming community around it. Whether you are a seasoned songwriting or an aspiring one, you are welcome in this circle. In this 5 week workshop you will: *Create up to four songs inspired by guided prompts *Receive personalized feedback for your songs and writing process *Learn more about the craft and fine tune your skills *Meet and get to know some creatives like you Bio: Sammie Hershock is a music teacher, singer,and songwriter from Marshall, Michigan. With roots in Classical and Sacred Music but an undeniable passion for songwriting, folk, pop, and improvisation, Sammie loves sharing her passion and experience with others. She has taught private piano lessons for ten years, and in October of 2021 she wrote, played, produced and released her fist E.P., The Giantess . Since then, Sammie continues to release new music, offer music lessons, and find new ways to grow as an musician and beyond.
