Reward for lost Magnet and Rope

PLEASE! REWARD for magnet fishing magnet and attached long orange rope. Lost in rocks below the boat launch at Powder House Cove at Prineville Reservoir in Aug. It was brand new, first toss, and I couldn't pull it loose. I'm a single grandmother who saved up to buy this. I was looking for a new activity that I could do by myself but it hung up on something. I've been back several times looking for it but obviously someone found it and removed it. Please, please return. Thank you! I'm in Redmond, but will travel to get it back.
