We have a pit-lab mix that we adopted from the shelter at 8 weeks old. She loves to be with her humans. She has separation anxiety. No destruction, she just cries a bit. She doesn't destroy anything except for soft dog toys (She loves to do this. Bark box toys are great for her because there's another toy inside!). She chases and barks at squirrels. She loves our cat but she has unpredictable aggression with other dogs. There's no pattern that we've observed with why she likes some dogs and doesn't like others. A home with no other dogs would be necessary. She has been around young children and babies her entire life. We have a 2.5 year old that she's always lived with. She's high energy and requires a big yard. Somewhere in the country would be ideal, but a big fenced yard in a neighborhood would work as well. We would love to see photos/videos or come to see the space that she'll be living in (especially the outdoor area)! NO APARTMENTS! She's used to camping a lot and traveling in a van... if you want an adventure pup, she's a great one! Just make sure she's leashed! She responds well to an electric collar but we haven't used it in a long time. We used to use it to get her to come back when running far off at our old property (unfenced). She loves being scratched and pet. She has loose skin around her neck that she loves being played with, and she loves when her ears are cleaned out. She's a lover and just wants to cuddle with her humans. We have a rehoming fee of $75. We will respond fastest if you text the number attached.
