I am re-homing my sweet chocolate lab due to personal circumstances. He has all his papers and is all up to date on all vaccinations, as well as fixed. This is a conditional situation where I am seeking a more ideal home for my beloved dog as he desperately needs a yard (must) and ideally another large dog to swim and play with. This sweet four year old chocolate lab has had several training packages. He is a people lover and hugger. He demands a lot of affection and is very loyal and protective of his owner/s. The potential new owner/s and dog lover/s must have experience with large dogs, a yard, active lifestyle (active hikes and swims for the pup).
