This is not your typical beer dinner... Our Executive Chef, Nicholas Carr, has developed a delicious 5 course food menu which incorporates First State beer into all dishes. In addition, all of the courses are artfully paired with a diverse array of beer styles. This unique experience will be guided by Jeff Horne, Certified Cicerone®, who will discuss food & beer pairing concepts and how to properly taste beer.

4) Blackened Ribeye: Blackened ribeye, Cascading Reactions (Witbier) braised onion compound butter, truffled fingerling potatoes, bacon brussels sprouts // Paired with Perpetual Void - Rye Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
5) Apple Crumble à La Mode: Spaceships & Lasers #2 (Spiced Cider) macerated apples, vanilla sugar crumble, candied pecans, salted caramel ice cream // Paired with Cosmic Imbalance - Hazy IPA w/ Milk Sugar
