Gun violence is on the rise in Seattle & King County, and this violence inflicts trauma on entire families, neighborhoods, and communities. As a community, we recognize the need for a comprehensive and collaborative regional and state-wide approach to addressing the public health crisis of gun violence and believe that by working together, from the grassroots to the grass tops we can identify and implement lasting solutions. On November 4th, 2022, thought leaders, community members, and local/national government officials who are leading the way in finding an end to gun violence will come together to discuss commitments to work together and elevate community-led solutions to combat gun violence in King County and beyond. Due to capacity limits, this event is INVITE ONLY. Those who received a direct invite from the planning committee will receive first priority seating. There will be a streaming option for all others who hope to attend.
