Strategies for helping others going through mental health concerns, with or without herbal supports available
Light refreshments will be provided, as well as delicious samples of some of the herbs we talk about in the class.
Bio:
Sean is a clinical herbal therapist specializing in holistic mental health support through the incorporation of herbs, foods, lifestyle changes, and other techniques such as mindfulness and meditation. He has worked with herbal remedies since childhood, incorporating them daily into his life to support his own mental and physical health.
After working for years in retail produce and wellness departments and medical cannabis dispensaries, he decided to pursue herbal medicine full-time to better support his community. He earned his Masters in Clinical Herbal Medicine from the Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH) in 2021 and founded Tenderhearted as his clinical practice.
