Catalyst Teens supports teen girls in becoming grounded in their bodies, in community, and nature-- so they can become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. In the process, teen girls become empowered, develop relationships with nature and become capable, confident leaders. Led by Nada Khodlova, MA BC-DMT, LCAT, a certified "Journey of Young Women" instructor, and other experts in their fields in sustainable skills, we meet once monthly Sep-June to connect, get healthy, learn, grow, and have fun IRL at the beautiful Grail Center in Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY. Please join us!! Activities will include: Movement --such as yoga, dances, hiking, gardening, etc.Sharing circle Sustainable skill--such as foraging, herbal medicine making, plant dying, firestarting, orienteering, gardening, archery, and more.Held monthly on second Saturdays thru June 2023. 2022 Dates: November 12 (1-4pm), and December 10th (1-4pm) Deets Email Natalie at [email protected] for info and questions.
