Wed. Dec. 14th 4 pm Pastry Class- Profiteroles filled with Vanilla Ice Cream & Chocolate Truffles This is a great beginners class. The kids will be learning how to read the recipes. Learning measurements, scaling, mixing, scooping, baking and finishing their baked goods. We will be eating the Profiteroles in the Studio and the Truffles they will bring home.
