December 8th 6 pm Culinary Class A Life Style Through Cooking This is the first in many new culinary classes, set up for people like me! Who has been told to change your diet but didn't know how to go about this huge change for my health. This dish you will use time and time again. It is also Gluten Free-You will never know it!! We will start the evening with something new... A Mock-tail of Hibiscus Infused Citrus, Green Tea and Ginger. The Start of the meal is Mixed Micro and Baby Green Salad. Served with Goat Cheese, Pomegranate Seeds, Sweet Crunchy Apples, Toasted Walnuts with a Vinaigrette. Crispy Pan Seared Halibut served over mixed Quinoa with Sweet Potatoes, Caramelized Onions, toasted Black Sesames and a Sweet Corn Sauce(Which is so Delicious on it's own!)
