Wine + Art Pop-up Social 🍷🎨 We're heading to Ruby Hill for a fun Wine + Art Show Pop-up hosted by WELA members Reem Maharat and Usha Shukla. Please join us and enjoy a beautiful Saturday afternoon in Ruby Hill wine country mingling and networking with other business owners, learn more about Reem's and Usha's entrepreneurial journeys and featured paintings by Usha. We'll have a delicious spread of refreshments, wine and beverages. This event is open to all. MEET THE HOSTS Reem Maharat is a serial entrepreneur and highly accomplished leader in the bioscience field. Multiple successful companies have been founded under her leadership. Prior to founding Raman ID, Reem cofounded Calico Biolabs. She is a founder of future working at the intersection of chemistry, biology and AI, driving innovation toward next generation diagnostics 👩‍🔬 Usha Shukla is an artist 👩🏽‍🎨 that has participated in several juried group and solo shows on the West Coast and has won awards. Usha has a public art mural in the city of Livermore, California. Her paintings are installed in the East County Hall of Justice, Dublin, CA, Sutter Hospital in San Francisco and in Boston's Children’s Hospital. She received the 2020 Alameda County Arts Leadership Award and now serves as an Arts Commissioner at the Alameda County Arts Commission.
