Energy Healing Circle with Julie Come enjoy a deep energetic healing meditation with Julie Szekely. No previous meditation experience is required. Julie will begin gently leading the group in a guided meditation followed by a 25-30 minute healing transmission. Participants will then be gradually brought back and Julie will hold space for sharing experiences and Q&A. These energies can be powerful, especially for those who are sensitive. In order to get the most out of this session, you should honor your body’s need for rest and hydration following the event. We then welcome you to stay afterwards and spend some time getting to know others and becoming part of our community. We hope you can join us and that this brings a bit of lightness into your mind, heart, body, and soul. Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and water bottle. Wear what is comfortable for you and eat only lightly so that your stomach is not a distraction. Ideally this is a lying down meditation, though we will have some chairs available.
