Trick-or-Treat on Tremont Street is a small block party in Concord, New Hampshire that includes traditional neighborhood activities for Halloween: giving out candy, costumes, houses decorated and neighborly interactions. The block party is open to all costumed pedestrians and families for car-free trick or treating. The section of street closed to cars is Tremont street from Jackson to Harrod. Possible appearances include: Elvis, back from the dead to greet all the ghosts and goblins coming out for goodies.
