Description Organizational change is hard; preparing for and executing change in an organization creates a unique dynamic. When initiating or further developing a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) program to enhance an organization’s viability, many challenges await. For instance, to create a successful DE&I program, the organization needs to adopt a clear definition of DE&I as it relates to the organization and its work environment. The DE&I initiative also requires a clear understanding of the various constituencies and sectors in the organization and needs to be integrated into the enterprise’s overall strategy with measurement criteria and assessments defined. Join us for this timely and compelling program and learn from: two senior HR professional, one from the public sector and the other from the private sector, a seasoned Chief Diversity Officer from the healthcare sector, and two award-winning D,E & I organizational consultants. Each panelist will discuss how they have (or are) navigate/ing the process.
