Enjoy the guided meditation and breathwork session while Releasing what no longer serves you. Our Soundbath meditation sessions are great for new and experienced meditators. Whether you lie down, sit or even fall into a blissful sleep, you will obtain all of the amazing benefits of the healing frequencies from the crystal sound bowls, gongs and other vibrational sounds. Spaces are limited to 15 people. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. We will also provide you with an intentional tea-light candle along with a personalized journal.
