Primarily responsible for dust abatement at jobsites. Other responsibilities may include debris sorting, shoveling, grading, raking, sweeping, organizing. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outside. Laborer is responsible for responding to supervisor/project manager's instructions. The ability to work longer hours (with overtime pay over 40 hours/week) is essential. We are looking for dependable, hardworking, dedicated employees who have a good attitude and put forth effort. General laborer must be 18 years old minimum to meet OSHA requirements. Responsibilities may include operating equipment as needed, such as jackhammers, water trucks, and fire hoses (no prior experience required, but preferred). Wearing protection equipment is required including steel toed boots, a hard hat, safety glasses, and safety vest. Must function safely in a demolition environment. Candidates would report to our Gilbert yard early in the morning (a reliable means to get to work on time is important), and travel in company vehicles with the supervisor to various jobsites across Arizona.
