Chef Eric Cartwright and Registered Dietitian Kristen Hasan are hosting an in-person, hands-on, nutrition-focused cooking class with the theme: 'Going with the Grain.' This event is focused on preparing recipes that are fresh, filling and delicious.
This event will start promptly at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27, 2022, at the Culinary Development Kitchen (in Sabai). This event is for Dining Plan holders only. Make sure to bring your Mizzou ID and your e-ticket for admission.
