This event: Join us to meet and mingle with other mentors, and hear our updates on a busy, busy last few months. There are a lot of opportunities for mentors with upcoming programs. We're excited to share those with you! This event will be held in the Lucas Center at the College of Coastal Georgia. Park in the lot directly across from Brunswick High School on Altama Ave, and we are located on the first floor of the Correll Building (suite 112). Looking forward to seeing everyone there! What does it mean to be a Lucas Center Mentor? The ongoing support and programming from the Lucas Center will ensure you have all of the resources you need, and the time commitment depends on your schedule and availability;You'll work with entrepreneurs, who may be students or other individuals living in the Golden Isles, to listen to their business challenges and share your experiences to help them succeed;You will be a part of a growing group of mentors, with the option to attend regular meetups hosted by the Lucas Center;You'll be teamed with other mentors so that entrepreneurs have diverse talents, industries, and strengths supporting them;We will ask you for your feedback and insights on what is working and what could be better as we build our programs;And, you'll experience the energy and enthusiasm of start-ups while coaching entrepreneurs through the ups and downs of starting and growing a business.
