Top tier tasting with Rob Mondavi The Sea Pines Resort is bringing together fourth-generation Napa Valley winemaker Rob Mondavi Jr. and Juan Diego Casaretto of Polanco for a sumptuous tasting of caviar and Champagne. Polanco’s “Siberian Reserve” caviar, created on the shores of Uruguay’s Rio Negro, will be paired with sparkling wines from the French Piper-Heidsieck and the California Piper Sonoma for a fun and festive bubbly learning experience. Tickets are $55, including gratuity, taxes and fees.
