Quite possibly one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever encountered with a property management company. Constantly unresponsive, impossible to get anything done, and they just seem to have an overall sense of apathy towards their tenants. They don’t communicate at all, and are often willing to put their own convenience ahead of the safety and well being of their tenants. They cheap out on anything and everything.Report them to the Los Angeles Department of Health, their building at 5266 Corteen Place, Valley Village, 91607 is uninhabitable. The Management Company is in Violation of Fire Codes and Health Codes, and no one can do anything about it... May be all of you could?????
