$16 an hour - Full-Time - Benefits Offered Responsibilities: 　 Maintain a schedule of work orders provided by the manager. Perform general upkeep of buildings, units, and grounds to maintain community appearance. Unit turn repairs including: cabinetry, countertops, HVAC equipment and systems, electrical, and plumbing.　 Repair drywall, patch, texture, and paint. Read gas, electric, and water meters, and report to management monthly. Ability to problem-solve and perform general maintenance and maintenance person tasks. Must be customer service oriented and work well with others.　 Qualifications General knowledge of carpentry, drywall repair, basic electricity, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and basic grounds maintenance. Previous Maintenance Experience. Must have a clean driving record and current driver’s license. Ability to build a positive rapport with tenants and property managers. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Complete projects on time. 　 Must be able to move, lift, and carry material up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and use common hand and power tools.
