A small kitchen space is upstairs and also an enclosed bathroom and sink, but no shower since it is NOT a living space. No heavy chemicals or loud tools, please! This studio space is 11' long x 11' wide...approx. 120 sq. feet. with windows. Views are incredible since it is on the second story of the house.
