Subcontract Maintenance for several area storage locations

Looking for someone to perform general Maintenance at 4 storage locations in the Tucson area to include but not limited to the following items: Door repairs for garage style roll up doors - weather-stripping installation, spring tightening or replacement Cleaning and removal of items, including hauling to the dump if needed Repair or replacement of metal siding, gutters etc. Misc. light handywork Average around 30 hours a week between the 4 locations. This is a subcontract position, will need a 1099.
