Amazing family dog needs new home

This is Nikki (named for Nikola Tesla). Nikki is the sweetest, funniest, most loving, and most loyal dog to ever live. My family has raised him from when he was a tiny pup and he is my best friend in the whole world. However, Nikki has very bad anxiety surrounding foot and car traffic. We know that Nikki is extremely stressed out living in an urban environment and we sadly cannot offer him anything else. We are also a busy family of working adults and we don't currently have the time to walk him as much as he needs. We are looking for an extremely loving and dedicated family or person to give Nikki a home where he can run to his heart's content and not have to worry about cars and people anymore. He's an amazing pet and this is what he deserves. It is our greatest wish that someone with land for him to explore and lots of time to spend with him will welcome him into their heart and home. He is incredibly loving and protective and I know he will be an amazing companion to the right person for the rest of their days. Nikki is not aggressive, though he has snapped back at an aggressive dog. He's great with cats (though he doesn't understand that they don't want to play with him), good with other dogs when he gets comfortable, he gets a little nervous around young children and doesn't know his own strength so he does play rough, and he's well trained (sit, stay, come, lay down, ask, get out of the kitchen, etc.). At least one meetup will be required and pictures of the home would be greatly appreciated. A rehoming fee of $50 is asked but can be waved for the right fit. Leash, collar, harness, water bowl, food mat, anti-anxiety coat, dog bed, and his favorite treats will be provided. Ideally looking to re-home him mid-November.
