We are a small (several person) professional services company with small amount of monthly transactions. Our home office is located near SeaWorld. We need a professional dependable qualified experienced data entry, bookkeeper, professional proficient with QuickBooks to us assist with preparing data to go to company's accountants monthly. Monthly data input takes about 4-6 hours per month depending on your speed. We seek monthly service on the first week of month. We are flexible with hours and day each month. As of the first week of November we will need catch up Jan through October so that coming into December we are current and month to month thereafter. We are looking for ongoing monthly service. Position requires a minimum 3 years data entry / bookkeeping including QuickBooks experience and proficiency and verifiable references.
